Job Form is then available for job seeker review.

Career Connector searches for candidates that meet those specifications.
All the time-consuming ad placement, resume
culling, and initial contact is performed by My Career Connector.
Because of the confidential nature of our exclusive
process, you get pre-qualified active and passive job seekers from the marketplace.
Once identified, the employer
will be given a Nominee Summary that defines each particular candidate's background and percentage of match against the Employer
Perfect Job Form criteria. If any Nominee Summary is chosen by an employer, My Career Connector will provide that employer
with a Selectee Dossier. You pay only for the Selectee Dossiers that you have chosen. Selectee Dossiers contain complete information
about the job seeker including contact information, assessment reports, education, and job experience. The cost of the dossier
is substantially less that the fees typically charged by staffing agencies who use a percentage of salary upon hiring fee
structure.
